The Painter is one of the scripts written for the charity organization CREATE (http://createarts.org.uk/) part of the 2016 BFX competition. Eight teams compete in the creation of a 30 seconds long animation which will serve to advertise two charities within the United Kingdom.

My roles are those of a Director, Cinematographer, Art director and Texture artist. The animation uses mixed media such as 2D, 3D, real watercolors and real environment (a dollhouse built by me and my teammates and filmed in a greenscreen studio). 

The animation won the award for Best Visual Effects and was nominated for Best Editing and Best Film.
